When $99 pays for itself
Ten percent off means the membership is covered once you’ve spent $990 on labor and parts in a year. A water heater replacement gets there on its own. So does most sewer work. A couple of ordinary service calls gets close.
The inspection is the part people underrate. A failing water heater valve, a toilet supply line with a bulge, a slow drip under a sink — caught during an inspection, those are small repairs. Found by a puddle, they’re a Saturday emergency.
Membership covers one address. Commercial properties and landlords with multiple units: call and we’ll set it up per property.
What the free inspection covers
Water heater
Age, relief valve, anode condition where accessible, connections, venting on gas units, signs of tank corrosion.
Supply and shutoffs
Main valve operation, fixture shutoffs, visible supply lines, pressure reading at a hose bib.
Fixtures and drains
Toilets for leaks and running, faucets and traps, visible drain condition, disposal and dishwasher connections.
You get a short written summary. Anything that needs work is quoted separately at member pricing — nothing is done during the inspection without your say-so.
