Toilet repair & installation · Sanford NC

Running, rocking, leaking, or weak? Usually fixed in one visit.

A running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons a day. Most repairs are done on the first visit with parts on the truck; when a toilet is worth replacing, we’ll say so and quote both.

Problems that bring this call in

Runs after flushing
Flapper, fill valve, or float. Quick, and it’s quietly running up your water bill.

Water at the base
Wax ring or a cracked flange. Fix it before the subfloor soaks.

Rocks when you sit
Loose bolts or a failed flange. Rocking breaks the seal.

Weak or incomplete flush
Partial clog, mineral buildup in the rim jets, or a worn-out tank mechanism.

Constant clogs
Often the toilet, sometimes the drain line. We’ll tell you which.

Old 3.5+ gallon toilet
A modern 1.28-gallon unit flushes better and cuts the water bill.

What we do

Repair when it makes sense, replace when it doesn't.

Most toilet calls are a thirty-minute repair. But a toilet from the 1980s with a cracked tank, a failed flange, and a weak flush is a replacement, and we’ll show you the numbers rather than patch it three times. New installs include removal and disposal of the old unit and a check of the supply line and shutoff valve, which fail more often than the toilet does.

Water where it shouldn’t be? A licensed plumber answers the emergency line right now.
